RFI’s Questions/Answers #3

QUESTION:

One of your answeres said the following ” the completed tep sheet (attachment 2 is the only attachment that need to be sent with your proposal.”

Is this all we need to send in or do we have to send the sow in also? Or are there other documents that must also follow.

ANSWER: TEP, your proposal

QUESTION:

Good afternoon, have another quested from a supplier. Hope this will be the last question. Thank you for all your help.

For your pricing index on the EIA website, what hub are you using?

- Mont Belvieu TET

- Mont Belvieu NON TET

- Hattiesburg MS

- Milner GA Posting

- Other

In regards to the multi-year index differential….

- Are you just looking for the logistics differential to the pull point (in this example Milner), or a Mont Belveiu (Tet or Non)/Hattiesburg MS differential?

ANSWER:

1- EIA will post weekly report but they only do it in the winter

2- Hub should not have a whole lot of difference in the pricing, what I do is ask directly at the pipeline pickup points. Milner will be ok.

We are looking at the logistics differential to any of the pull point mentioned. I cannot specify where you are going to pick the propane

QUESTION:

Please clarify by providing the exact EIA website page containing the specific propane index/price to be used in determining the commodity base for each multiplier as stated: “The proposed transportation cost is to be multiplied to the current market index cost using the U.S. Energy Information Administration website.” “Propane will be quoted at a whole sale market price using website www.eia.gov (U.S. Energy Information Administration) data and the delivery or (freight plus fuel surcharge) should be a separate item with a fixed price based on the proposed Not To Exceed Multipler http://www.eia.gov/ price awarded on the IDIQ Contract.” Also, please indicate that exact price as an example as if a delivery were made today, 7/31/2019.

ANSWER:

Please see Amendment 0002, which is posted on www.FBO.gov http://www.fbo.gov/

File details come from the government source that posted it.
