About this file

This Extended Price Sheet pertains to Fleet Management Consulting Services procurement by the City of Indianapolis and Marion County Department of Public Works, with proposals due by 12:00 pm on Friday, October 2, 2026. The City of Indianapolis anticipates that multiple municipal agencies may require these services and requests vendors indicate their willingness to provide identical services to other City agencies under the same terms and conditions outlined in the RFP and resulting contract.

The pricing structure allows for extension to political subdivisions throughout Indiana, including cities, towns, school corporations, and county governments, provided vendors notify the Indianapolis Purchasing Division upon initial extension to additional subdivisions. Vendors must specify whether they will extend proposed pricing to political subdivisions, whether freight differentials apply to entities outside Marion County, and whether they agree to provide quarterly reports detailing participating subdivisions and itemized purchase descriptions and quantities per subdivision. The City of Indianapolis explicitly disclaims responsibility for purchase orders issued by other political subdivisions participating under any resulting agreement.
