About this file
This is a Wage and Equipment Rate Schedule (Exhibit E) for ITB No. C007111 issued by the State of Florida for Mowing and Weed Control Services at Rapid Infiltration Basins. The document serves as the basis for fee adjustments related to additions to and deletions from contracted services as directed by the owner. The schedule establishes the framework for compensation across multiple labor categories and equipment types that contractors must utilize when performing the specified mowing and weed control services.
The document specifies three categories of hourly wage rates for labor: straight time, overtime (applicable to hours exceeding 40 hours per week, excluding weekends and holidays), and emergency response rates. All hourly wage rates are inclusive of the contractor's overhead, profit, and all employee burdens, benefits, insurance, and Worker's Compensation coverage, and rates remain fixed through contract completion. Equipment rates are provided on hourly, weekly, and monthly bases, excluding labor costs. The contract includes a mandatory non-subcontracting clause, requiring the contractor to perform all work directly without engaging subcontractors. The actual wage rates and equipment charges are to be completed by bidders in the blank line items provided in the schedule.
