About this file

This document is a Mandatory E-Verify Affidavit from Hall County Government's Financial Services Purchasing Division in Gainesville, Georgia, requiring contractors to verify compliance with state labor verification regulations (O.C.G.A. 13-10-91). The affidavit mandates that contractors register with and continuously use the federal E-Verify work authorization program throughout the contract period, including any renewals or extensions, and notify the public employer if they cease using the program.

The affidavit requires contractors to ensure all subcontractors also comply with E-Verify requirements and acknowledge that ceasing to use the federal work authorization program constitutes a material breach of contract. Contractors must submit copies of required affidavits, drivers' licenses, and identification cards to Hall County within five business days of receipt. The document includes spaces for the contractor to provide their Federal Work Authorization User ID, authorization date, project name, and requires notarization to validate the affidavit's legal standing.
