About this file
This is a Price Schedule form (Exhibit D, Supplement 2) for a Traffic Signal Controllers solicitation issued by the State of Minnesota. The solicitation seeks responses for the provision of traffic signal controller products, including Automatic Traffic Control (ATC) Rack Mount and Shelf Mounted units for traffic signals and ramp meters. Responders must specify proposed products and pricing for four primary items: ATC Rack Mount Traffic Signal controllers, ATC Shelf Mounted TS2 Type 1 Traffic Signal controllers, ATC Shelf Mounted TS2 Type 2 Traffic Signal controllers with enhanced connectors and telemetry modules, and ATC Rack Mounted Ramp Meter controllers. Each item includes an optional six-year extended warranty option. The anticipated contract term runs from January 1, 2027, or the date of contract execution, whichever is later, through December 31, 2027. Responses must be submitted electronically through the SWIFT Supplier Portal, with a question submission deadline of July 27, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Central Time, directed to Lana DuPaul at lana.dupaul@state.mn.us.
All proposed products must comply with the minimum requirements, functions, and procedures detailed in Exhibit C: Specifications, Duties, and Scope of Work to be considered for award. Responders are required to complete the grey sections of the price schedule form and may propose pricing for optional items and solutions if available. The form permits responders to add additional rows to propose alternative controller products beyond the four specified items. Training pricing must also be provided for Live In-Person Training Sessions as outlined in Exhibit C, Section 19.1. Responders requiring assistance with SWIFT system registration or navigation may contact the Vendor Assistance Helpdesk at 651.201.8100 Option 1.
