About this file
This is a Price Schedule exhibit for a reissued Request for Proposal issued by the Minnesota Department of Military Affairs for lawn care and grounds maintenance services at multiple Minnesota National Guard facilities throughout the state. The RFP establishes contract(s) for nine task categories including lawn mowing and maintenance, lawn fertilization, weed control applications to motor vehicle and propane storage areas, shrub trimming, spring and fall cleanups, mulching for shrubs and flower beds, and ground maintenance of solar fields. Responders may propose pricing for all locations or combine locations with identical pricing, and must submit a separate price schedule for each location or group of locations with different pricing. Questions and clarifications must be submitted in writing to Seth Hagen at seth.hagen@state.mn.us no later than July 10, 2026, at 3:00 PM CT. The Master Contract Release is L-531, and the SWIFT Event number is 2000018401.
Pricing is required on a per-occurrence basis for all task categories except Task G (Mulch), which is priced per cubic yard. Responders may select from multiple prompt pay discount options ranging from 1% to 5% with varying payment terms (10 to 30 days), or offer no discount. The RFP requires careful attention to insurance requirements outlined in Exhibit B of the Sample Contract and Exhibits. Responders are encouraged to review all supporting documentation, including Exhibit C (Scope of Work) and Attachment C (Cost Detail), to ensure accurate pricing submissions. Assistance is available through the SWIFT Vendor Assistance Helpline at 651-201-8100.
