About this file

This document is Exhibit C-3, a detailed specification document for Portable Sanitation Services (Contract #28223), outlining equipment, supply, and servicing requirements for portable toilets, handwashing stations, and portable shower trailers. The document appears to be part of a comprehensive contract specification, providing exhaustive technical and operational guidelines for portable sanitation equipment across three distinct categories.

The contract covers three primary service categories: Standard and ADA-compliant portable toilets, portable toilets with handwashing stations, and portable shower trailers. Equipment specifications are highly detailed, addressing tank capacities, ventilation, flooring, included amenities, and service requirements. Notably, the specifications emphasize environmental sustainability, requiring recycled materials, non-toxic cleaning products, and environmentally-friendly supplies. The contract mandates specific servicing protocols, including waste disposal compliance, regular cleaning and sanitization, restocking of supplies, damage repair, and proper handling of potentially dangerous materials. While pricing details are not explicitly outlined in this exhibit, the comprehensive specifications suggest a structured approach to portable sanitation service procurement with strong emphasis on quality, accessibility, and environmental responsibility.
