About this file

This is a Cost Proposal Instructions document for RFP AAGA 2026-0280 Custodial Services, issued by the state of Colorado for fiscal years 2026/27. The RFP solicits custodial services across multiple facilities, with bidders required to submit detailed cost proposals following the specified format and instructions outlined in the document. Proposals must be submitted by the stated deadline, and the contract term will be established upon award, with potential renewal options to be determined based on contractor performance and agency needs.

The cost proposal must include itemized pricing for all custodial labor, materials, equipment, and services as specified in the scope of work. Bidders should clearly delineate costs by facility location and service category, ensuring transparency in their pricing structure. All costs should be presented in a standardized format to enable consistent evaluation across all submitted proposals. Contractors must demonstrate pricing competitiveness while maintaining quality service delivery standards, and any assumptions regarding staffing levels, supply costs, or operational expenses should be clearly documented to support the proposed budget.
