About this file
This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for custodial services procured by the Colorado state entity AAGA for fiscal years 2026/27. The SOW outlines comprehensive custodial and janitorial services required for AAGA facilities, including daily cleaning, floor care, restroom maintenance, trash removal, and specialized services such as carpet cleaning and window washing. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining facility cleanliness standards, managing inventory of cleaning supplies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The services are to be performed on a recurring basis throughout the contract term, with specific performance standards and scheduling requirements outlined for various facility areas and service frequencies.
The SOW establishes performance metrics and quality standards that the contractor must meet, including inspection procedures and response times for service requests. The statement of work specifies the scope of custodial operations, staffing requirements, and equipment or supplies to be provided by the contractor. Payment is typically structured on a monthly or quarterly basis contingent upon satisfactory service delivery and compliance with specified performance benchmarks. The incumbent contractor information, specific pricing terms, contract duration, and renewal options would be detailed in the associated RFP document (RFP AAGA 2026-0280), along with any set-asides or special requirements for this state and local procurement opportunity.
