This is Exhibit C from a competitive bid solicitation issued by the County of Orange, OC Waste & Recycling for Emergency Generator Maintenance & Repair Services in California. The exhibit specifies services required for two equipment manufacturers: Caterpillar (CAT) and Kohler generators. The County seeks qualified vendors capable of providing comprehensive maintenance and repair services to support the County's emergency generator fleet. The solicitation is conducted entirely through the County's electronic eProcurement Portal, with all bids required to be submitted electronically by the specified deadline. Bidders must review all solicitation attachments, including this exhibit detailing manufacturer-specific service requirements, prior to submission. Questions and requests for clarification must be submitted through the solicitation's Question & Answer section, and bidders are prohibited from contacting County personnel directly regarding solicitation matters.
The contract will establish an ongoing service relationship between the County and the selected contractor(s) for maintenance and repair of CAT and Kohler emergency generators. The exhibit provides detailed specifications for the types of services, response times, and performance standards expected for each manufacturer's equipment. Bidders should note that the County has developed model contract terms and conditions that will govern the awarded agreement. Specific pricing terms, contract duration, renewal options, and funding details would be outlined in the primary solicitation documents and model contract. This solicitation represents the County's effort to secure reliable emergency generator maintenance support to ensure operational readiness of critical backup power systems.
