About this file

This document contains a past performance relevancy questionnaire for a federal contract opportunity for retro-commissioning mechanical corrections at a Department of Veterans Affairs facility. The questionnaire requests information on up to three of the offeror's most relevant past projects, including contract details, work descriptions, subcontractor names, and references. It will be used to evaluate the relevancy and quality of each offeror's past performance as it relates to the retro-commissioning and mechanical corrections required in the opportunity. Offerors must complete the questionnaire and send it along with performance references to the identified points of contact for each past project described. Subcontractor names are also requested for the opportunity areas of mechanical, controls, and testing/balancing work.
