About this file
This is a pricing instructions exhibit for a state or local contract opportunity that establishes the methodology for bidders to calculate and submit costs across multiple commodity lines. The document outlines nine distinct commodity lines, each repeated across six contract periods or categories (numbered 1-54), requiring vendors to submit pricing based on either hourly rates multiplied by specified annual hours or fixed annual amounts. Commodity Lines 1, 3, 4, 6, and 7 require bidders to enter an hourly rate multiplied by 5,000 annual hours, Commodity Line 2 requires multiplication of an hourly rate by 20,000 annual hours, while Commodity Lines 5, 8, and 9 require submission of all-inclusive fixed annual amounts covering a full 12-month period. The total cost across all services will be used for bid evaluation purposes.
Pricing submissions must account for all general and administrative expenses, including travel, training, and supplies necessary to deliver the required services, with contract payments made monthly in arrears. The hours specified in pricing calculations are for bid evaluation purposes only and do not constitute an annual project cap, as actual utilization may exceed or fall below the estimated amounts. Fixed annual commodity lines will be invoiced in 12 equal monthly installments. Ad hoc services outside the standard commodity lines will be compensated based on an approved Statement of Work and Delivery Order, allowing flexibility for additional service requests beyond the base pricing structure.
