About this file

This is Form 60, a Professional Services Price Summary template used by the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (LACMTA) for solicitation, proposal, and contract pricing submissions. The form is designed to capture comprehensive cost and pricing data for professional services contracts, including direct labor, overhead, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and other direct costs. Contractors are required to submit detailed estimates organized by labor hours and rates, material costs, equipment expenses, and subcontractor fees, with calculations linking to supporting documentation. The form mandates certification that all cost or pricing data is accurate, complete, and current as of the date of submission, and it includes representations regarding the employment of solicitation agents and contingency fee arrangements. Contractors must also provide information about any government agency reviews of their accounts, overhead rates, and administrative costs within the preceding twelve months.

The pricing structure requires contractors to calculate total burdened costs by summing direct labor, labor overhead, direct materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs, then adding general and administrative expenses and travel costs to determine total estimated costs. A profit or fee component is applied to total labor and overhead, with the final estimated price representing the sum of total estimated costs and total fee. Payment terms are structured around milestones or tasks with specified completion dates and corresponding payment amounts, which must equal the total estimated price. LACMTA reserves the right to examine contractor records, books, documents, accounting procedures, and supporting data before award to verify cost or pricing data. The form requires signature certification from an authorized representative and must be submitted for all proposed subcontracts as well.
