About this file
This document is a user guide for the eSupplier platform, a procurement system used by the City of Minneapolis to manage bidder and supplier accounts for state and local contract opportunities in Minnesota.
The guide provides step-by-step instructions for accessing and navigating the eSupplier system, including signing in with a User ID and password, accessing the Supplier Secure Homepage, and managing business profile information. Users can review and update their supplier or bidder profile, add or update service and goods categories relevant to their business, change passwords, and sign out of the system. The platform organizes contracting opportunities into five primary categories: Professional and Technical Services, Construction Services, Other Services, Goods and Supplies, and Items for Rent. By selecting appropriate categories within their eSupplier account, bidders and suppliers receive notifications about applicable contract opportunities.
The document does not contain specific information regarding pricing terms, contract award dates, project timelines, funding sources, or details related to the Youth Climate Action Projects RFP mentioned in the related contract opportunity. It serves exclusively as instructional documentation for system navigation and account management.
