About this file

This is an instructional guide document provided by the City of Minneapolis eSupplier system that outlines the procedural steps for vendors to bid on public contracting opportunities. The document does not specify particular products, services, quantities, response dates, or contract terms, as it serves as a user manual rather than a solicitation notice. Instead, it provides detailed instructions for potential bidders to navigate the eSupplier platform, including how to access the public events tab, review bid packages and related documents, and submit bids through the system. The guide emphasizes that bidders must review all event-related documents before submitting bids, as some documents may require completion and attachment to the bid submission.

The instructional document addresses the mechanics of the bidding process rather than pricing terms, set-asides, or funding sources. It guides vendors through uploading required files, responding to event-specific questions (identified by red asterisks as mandatory fields), entering unit bid prices, and submitting bids through the eSupplier platform. Bidders receive confirmation via an on-screen notification and email upon successful submission. The document does not contain information regarding incumbents, contract renewal options, funding amounts, or other specific solicitation details, as its purpose is solely to provide technical guidance for using the City of Minneapolis eSupplier bidding system.
