About this file
This is a Texas Family Code Schedule certification document required by the State of Texas for Solicitation No. 601330000046762 related to a Radar Vehicle Detection System contract opportunity. The schedule serves as an eligibility verification form addressing child support obligations under Texas Family Code Section 231.006. Respondents must complete the document by providing names and Social Security numbers for all individuals or business entities holding at least twenty-five percent ownership interest in the submitting business entity, or certify that the schedule is not applicable if ownership criteria are not met.
The document requires respondent signature, name, title, and date to validate the submission.
