About this file

This document is Attachment 4 for a state or local government contract opportunity, specifically focused on Project Manager Qualifications Instructions. The attachment provides detailed requirements for the proposed Project Manager, including mandatory qualifications such as current employment with the proposer, a bachelor's degree, and six years of experience managing environmental compliance projects. Proposers must document the Project Manager's qualifications using provided forms, listing up to ten projects completed within the last ten years across specific categories including testing, public outreach, data recovery, TCP study, cemetery investigation, burial exhumation, and NAGPRA compliance assistance.

The evaluation criteria for the Project Manager will emphasize the variety of regulations addressed (such as Section 106 of the NHPA, Antiquities Code of Texas, Health and Safety Code of Texas, and NAGPRA), diversity of client types (private, local, state, federal), and investigated areas. The submission requires detailed documentation of the Project Manager's education, work experience, and specific project experiences, with an emphasis on demonstrating complexity in practical, logistical, technical, and regulatory project management. The form allows for listing projects completed while working for different firms and does not require strict compliance with all listed regulations for project inclusion.
