About this file

This is Amendment #1 to the Request for Proposal (RFP) for External Quality Review Organization (EQRO) Services issued by the Mississippi Division of Medicaid (RFP #20260731 / RFx #3160008164), released on August 10, 2026. The amendment clarifies procurement requirements and eliminates previously stated submission prerequisites. Prospective offerors may submit written questions by August 18, 2026, with no Letter of Intent required for this submission. Offerors intending to submit proposals must complete and submit the SharePoint Access Request Form by September 9, 2026, to obtain access to the electronic proposal submission site; however, this form requirement does not restrict an offeror's ability to submit questions during the procurement process. All other terms and conditions of the original RFP remain unchanged, and vendors are responsible for ensuring their submissions reflect the corrections outlined in this amendment.

The amendment does not address pricing terms, set-asides, or funding requirements, as its purpose is limited to clarifying vendor question submission procedures and SharePoint access protocols. No changes to contract performance terms, award timelines, or other substantive RFP provisions are included in this amendment document.
