About this file
This is an Addendum No. 2 document related to the Concourse AB Ticket Counter Expansion project at Baltimore/Washington International Airport (BWI) administered by the Maryland Aviation Administration. The addendum modifies the original solicitation for the conversion of the unused DuClaw Brewing Company restaurant space within Terminal A's operational ticketing hall into additional check-in counters, belt conveyors, and Airport Ticket Office (ATO) office space. The document serves to clarify, modify, or supplement requirements and specifications outlined in the primary solicitation documents, ensuring all bidders have consistent and updated information regarding project scope, technical specifications, and contractual requirements.
As an addendum document, this filing provides essential modifications or clarifications to pricing, technical specifications, performance requirements, or other material terms established in the original solicitation. Bidders are required to acknowledge receipt and incorporation of this addendum into their proposals. The specific modifications contained within this addendum directly impact how contractors must approach the ticket counter expansion work, potentially affecting labor requirements, material specifications, construction sequencing, or other project delivery parameters. All prospective bidders must incorporate the addendum requirements into their bids to ensure compliance with the updated solicitation terms.
