About this file
This document provides instructions from the City of Detroit for completing the Emergency Professional Rate Schedule related to the Emergency Commercial Demolition project at 2425 Bellevue in Michigan. Respondents must submit unit rates for two primary service categories: Demolition (which includes administration, supervisor, laborer, equipment, regulated and non-regulated material trucking, and disposal of asbestos-containing and construction/demolition materials) and Backfill, Grade, and Site Finalization (which includes administration, supervisor, laborer, equipment, backfill material, and topfill material). All highlighted cells on the Professional Rate Schedule must be completed, and respondents should reference the corresponding Scope of Services for clarification on service types as needed.
Respondents must provide a single mean (average) unit rate per measure for each service type without ranges, notes, alternate unit types, or blank fields, as the City of Detroit may deem incomplete submissions non-responsive. The City reserves the right to question or request clarification on any submitted unit rate within a twenty-four-hour response requirement. Completion of the Professional Rate Schedule does not constitute acceptance by the City of Detroit of the proposed unit rates, and all respondents must enter complete business and contact information at the top of the schedule.
