About this file

This document provides instructions for completing the Emergency Professional Rate Schedule for the City of Detroit's Emergency Residential Demolition project at 5040 Maxwell in Michigan. Respondents must submit completed business and contact information along with unit rates for two primary service categories: Demolition (including administration, supervisor, laborer, equipment, regulated and non-regulated trucking, and disposal of asbestos-containing and construction/demolition materials) and Backfill, Grade, and Site Finalization (including administration, supervisor, laborer, equipment, backfill material, and topfill material). All highlighted cells on the rate schedule must be completed with information, and respondents should reference the applicable Scope of Services or contact the City of Detroit for clarification on service type definitions.

Respondents must enter mean average unit rates of measure (such as hourly rates) for each service type and cannot submit rates expressed as ranges, include qualifying notes, propose alternate unit types, or leave any rate fields blank. The City of Detroit reserves the right to deem Professional Rate Sheets incomplete or non-responsive if these requirements are not met and may request clarification on any submitted unit rates within twenty-four hours. Completion and submission of the Professional Rate Schedule does not constitute acceptance by the City of Detroit of the proposed unit rates.
