About this file
This document is a North Dakota State Contract Summary for a Term Contract (Contract Number 329) covering On-Site Event Production and Staging Services. The contract is established by the State Procurement Office and is available to a broad range of entities, including state agencies, higher education institutions, counties, cities, townships, public educational entities, governmental boards and commissions, nonprofit entities established on behalf of public entities, tribal agencies, transportation providers, and the International Peace Garden.
The contract provides a streamlined Task Order Process for procuring event production and staging services through a pre-approved vendor pool. Task orders are differentiated by project size, with projects under $50,000 allowing direct vendor assignment or competitive selection, and projects $50,000 or more requiring prior approval and a competitive selection process involving at least two vendors. Vendors must submit proposals including personnel details, pricing (hourly rates or fixed bids), and contract term adherence. The contract allows purchasing agencies to place orders via purchase order or purchasing card, with contractors prohibited from passing processing fees back to the purchasing agency. Specific pricing information for vendors Livewire and MobilePro is included in the document, though the precise rates are not detailed in the text.
