About this file

This document is a Task Order Request under State Term Contract #329 for On-Site Event Production and Staging Services, issued by the State of North Dakota. The contract appears to be a statewide master agreement for event production services, allowing state agencies to request specific event support through a standardized task order process. The document provides a template for vendors to submit proposals for event production services, with space for detailed scoping, pricing, and project specifications.

The contract covers comprehensive event production services including stage design, lighting, sound, video production, and technical labor. Vendors are required to provide itemized quotes covering custom scenery, event details, lighting, sound, video production, and associated labor costs. The task order allows for both hourly and fixed-bid project structures, with evaluation criteria focusing on the contractor's project proposal solution (30 points), draft design concepts (30 points), and cost (40 points). The document outlines specific requirements such as providing stage conceptual imagery at least four weeks prior to the event, accommodating potential additional work through pre-approved hourly rates, and requiring detailed staffing and mileage rate breakdowns.
