This document is a Results for Basewise PFAS Site Inspection report for the Former Sewage Treatment Plants at Naval Submarine Base New London in Groton, Connecticut. The aerial photograph and associated data tables detail environmental monitoring of potential Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS) sources across multiple monitoring wells (STPTW01-05) at the site. The image includes geographical markers, an overburden groundwater flow direction indicator, and detailed chemical screening results showing concentrations of various PFAS compounds such as PFOA, PFOS, PFBS, PFNA, and others on different dates in 2021-2022. The report was prepared by NAVFAC (Naval Facilities Engineering Command) with specific technical details including site coordinates, monitoring well locations around a former lower and upper subbase site, and chemical detection levels measured in nanograms per liter.
