About this file
This document is a Request for Information (RFI) form for the DLA Site Development contract (RFP 5997283). The RFI system provides an efficient mechanism for contractors to request information, with critical caveats that the form does not authorize proceeding with work and contractors proceed at their own risk. If a contractor considers the RFI response a changed condition, they must provide written notice to the Contracting Officer within 20 calendar days. The form includes sections for recording contract details, cost effects, information requested, recommendations, and replies, with designated areas for signatures from the field office and prime contractor. The distribution instructions indicate the original document should be filed via REICC, with copies sent to various parties including the Contract Officer.
