Provide a description of your Program Management effort as either prime contractor or subcontractor on this contract. Program Management consists of being the single point-of-contact, project coordination with Government program office and government personnel at the installation site. Coordinate: pre-installation; installation, and post-installation work. Deploy qualified installation crews and site project manager. Provide Government program office with monthly cost report. In brief, identify how your company provides turnkey in-house program management services to successfully coordinate multiple battery replacement projects, at geographically dispersed sites, with minimal intervention by, or concern to, the FAA Program Office. J. Battery String Installation.

Battery string installation consist of project coordination with government personnel at the installation site; ensure compliance with NFPA 70E and safety and health checklists; coordinating site surveys, seismic studies, and asbestos work practices; actively pursuing quality installation work; ensure equipment delivery is coordinated with the government site personnel and in sync with the installation crew; ensure timely battery systems installation; coordinate equipment disposal/recycle; coordinate acceptance inspection and clean-up; and, finalize and deliver battery installation documentation Confine description of your Battery String Installation experience to this box.
