| As stated in RFP Section M.2 under “Proposal Submission for Relevant/Recent Experience”, which was revised (in part) with response to question 13 (Amend. #3), “The offeror will demonstrate experience level and shall submit a minimum of 3 projects being performed in a secure environment requiring a security clearance”. Also see responses to questions 39, 41 (Amend. #4). To further clarify, a security clearance in a secure environment at some level (e.g., LBI, Secret, TS, TS/SCI), is required for past performance. |
