8.1.4
a) What is the level of service expected from Contractors regarding 8.1.4?
b) Please provide the quantity of gates, turnstiles, traffic lights, barriers, and controls.
c) What is the response time for after hour repair service regarding 8.1.4 service?
a) Refer to 9.2 on page 32 of the SOW. The Government’s expectation is that if a priority/emergency response is deemed necessary due to a malfunction or breakdown of any building system, response will be immediate and work will continue until the system is restored to fully functioning capabilities.
b) The equipment listed below was inadvertently omitted from the SOW Attachment A Equipment Inventory Table 4.1.T, and is hereby incorporated into it via this amendment:
· Delta 501 Dual Wedges w/HPU (total # is 2)
· Delta 501 Single Wedges w/HPU (total # is 2)
· Delta DSC 1200 Single Wedges w/HPU (total # is 2)
· Single Barrier Arm Gate Operators (total # is 5)
· Hy Security Single Slide Gates (total # is 4)
· Tomsed Single Turnstile (total # on-site is 2)
· Pedestrian/Walk Gate (total # is 2) Reference SOW 9.2 on page 32.

| This list refers to a specified monthly allowance of $12K monthly ($144K annually) for materials to complete daily work orders generated by the facility management office. Reference SOW 1.2 on page 4. |

| Must all staff associated with this contract possess a TS/SCI clearance at the start of the contract? |
| All Key Management Personnel must be cleared (possess a TS/SCI clearance) at time of proposal submission. In addition, as stated in RFP Sections L.26.1 and M.3.3…ensure that all Corporate personnel matters of security are favorably adjudicated within 15 working days of contract performance (25% at contract start date, 50% within 2 weeks of contract start date and 100% by the end of week 3)”. |

General Question Regarding the complex high density Liebert cooling system:
a) Is there a requirement for the company to have a Liebert “LSPN” Liebert Service Provider Network designation?
b)Is the contractor required to have factory trained and certified technicians working on this equipment?

| This Section states that “The offeror will demonstrate experience level and shall submit a minimum of three (3) projects being performed in a secure environment requiring a security clearance at a level of no less than a Single Scope Investigation. The completed projects for the experience level must be similar in size nature…” |
Are 3 TS cleared projects of equal size and scope indeed required for an offeror to be considered qualified?
The Government hereby removes the “Single Scope Investigation” requirement. The following revised language is hereby incorporated in place of the language italicized in your question, in Section M.2: “The Offeror will demonstrate experience level and shall submit a minimum of three (3) projects being performed in a secure environment requiring a security clearance. The completed projects for the experience level must be similar in size nature (in terms of dollars also) to in value but not be limited to the following…” In addition, the 2nd sentence in RFP Section L.28.2 is hereby revised to read “The Offeror shall include past performance (for contracts performed in a secure environment that required a security clearance), that reflects relevance to requirements of the solicitation on the basis of similarity in size, scope, complexity, technical difficulty, contract type, dollar value and period of performance.
