The Western Region consists of the following states:

• Arizona

• California

• Colorado

• Idaho

• Kansas

• Montana

• Nebraska

• Nevada

• New Mexico

• North Dakota

• Oklahoma

• Oregon

• South Dakota

• Texas

• Utah

• Washington

• Wyoming

Due to ongoing mission requirements, the Government anticipates no more than two (2) aircraft at a time undergoing the installation of new Garmin Avionics Systems and associated equipment.

If it is in the best interests of the Government to provide more than two (2) aircraft for installation and the Contractor can accept the additional aircraft and deliver them within the stated timeframe, an agreement will be made in writing.

The Contractor shall state in their proposal their installation time for a new Garmin Avionics Systems and associated equipment per aircraft type, i.e. Cessna 206, 210 or Bell 407.
