About this file

This file is a questionnaire template designed to gather information from potential organizations interested in establishing and operating Defense Innovation OnRamp Hubs as sub-awardees under a cooperative agreement issued by the Defense Innovation Unit (DIU). The questionnaire serves as an evaluation tool for the sources sought solicitation (DIU782026) to identify qualified organizations and geographic locations for new OnRamp Hub locations beyond the currently operational hubs in Arizona, Hawaii, Kansas, Ohio, Kentucky, Montana, Minnesota, and Washington.

The questionnaire format indicates it is structured to collect organizational capability and capacity data from respondents. As a template document, it does not specify particular products or services beyond those referenced in the accompanying Statement of Work, nor does it contain pricing terms, response deadlines, or award dates. Prospective sub-awardees would use this questionnaire to demonstrate their qualifications, operational infrastructure capabilities, relationships with Department of War mission partners, expertise in targeted outreach and engagement, company support and mentoring services, and capacity to execute Independent Verification and Validation activities in operationally relevant environments. The evaluation will assess each respondent's ability to deliver a sustainable operating model supporting the DIU's objective of lowering barriers to entry for non-traditional companies and accelerating the discovery and acquisition of commercial technologies aligned with defense priorities.
