2. If true, is the current address and landlord contact information available for offerers at this time?
Answer #3
On page 27 item 3b, it states Western’s addresses in these locations. Yes, each hangar needs to be within 50-miles of Western’s offices.
There is no landlord. Century Helicopter and Airwest Aircraft Maintenance have hangar facilities.
Question #4
Attachment A – Scope of Work > Please clarify that Western desires a technician to be available on a daily basis, and located on-site at each of the facilities.
1. If so, is the technician to be available for 8-hours per day or longer? On call?
Answer #4
Maintenance personnel will be available at the contractor primary maintenance facility during normal business hours and a 24 hour emergency contact on call during off hours, weekends, and holidays. The hangar facility locations will be utilized for the aircraft, operational supplies, and consumables storage and will not require a technician. Any minor scheduled or unscheduled maintenance will be arranged and coordinated by the contractor maintenance director, aviation manager, and the region pilot for a technician to perform. It is anticipated most major maintenance will be performed at the contractor primary maintenance facility.
