About this file
This is a contract (RFB USS-21-8121-B) executed on May 6, 2021, between the Board of Regents of the University of Wisconsin System and Cvent Inc. The agreement resulted from a Request for Bid issued by the University on November 11, 2020, with Cvent Inc. submitting their response on December 8, 2020. The contract was signed by Mike Morris, Procurement Specialist for the University of Wisconsin, and Lexi Vermillion, Senior Account Manager for Cvent Inc.
The contract covers online registration software including maintenance and support services for the University of Wisconsin. The agreement incorporates Cvent Inc.'s Master Services Agreement and their original bid response as governing documents. The contract establishes a clear order of precedence for resolving any inconsistencies, prioritizing the Master Services Agreement, followed by the vendor's RFB response, purchase orders, contract amendments, and the original RFB terms and conditions. The document does not specify contract value, pricing terms, duration, or renewal options, indicating these details are likely contained in the referenced attachments and bid documents that form part of the complete agreement.
