About this file

This document is a Contract Extension/Price Adjustment Amendment from the Arizona Game and Fish Department, involving TYPSA (formerly Aztec Engineering Group Inc.) for archaeological services. The amendment is associated with Contract Number CTR068573, solicitation BPM005438, and is issued by the Arizona Procurement Office located in Phoenix, Arizona.

The contract extension renews the existing agreement for an additional 12 months, extending the expiration date to 11/16/2026. The amendment includes a comprehensive price adjustment for various professional roles, with hourly rates increasing across multiple positions such as GIS Manager, Principal Investigators, Technical Editors, and Archaeological staff. The price increases range from approximately 4% to 39%, with an overall increase of 12.65% from the original bid. The procurement determination concludes that the price increase is fair and reasonable based on current market conditions, and that extending the contract is more advantageous than pursuing a new competitive procurement process.
