About this file

The document is a Notice of Intent to Award and Offer/Acceptance form for a state contract between the Arizona Department of Emergency and Military Affairs (DEMA) and Central Power Systems & Service, a company located in Chandler, Arizona. The contract was solicited through Invitation for Bid BPM004972/M22-0040 and is specifically for Generator Maintenance & Repairs. The contract was awarded on December 8, 2022, with an effective date of December 13, 2022, and assigned the contract number CTR063422/M22-0040.

The contract involves generator maintenance and repair services, with Central Power Systems & Service being the selected vendor. The company is registered as a Delaware corporation, with Michael Weaver Jr. signing on behalf of the company in the role of Critical Power PM Sales. The bid requires the company to submit various documents including certificates of insurance and workers compensation documentation. The contract includes provisions related to corporate authority, and the company has affirmed it does not participate in a boycott of Israel. No specific pricing details are provided in the documents, but the contract appears to be an indefinite delivery vehicle for generator-related maintenance and repair services for the Arizona Department of Emergency and Military Affairs.
