About this file
This document is a Contract Amendment Summary issued by the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) Procurement division, involving AECOM Technical Services Inc. as the contractor. The amendment is for contract number CTR060465, specifically related to a Multimodal Transportation Planning On-Call contract.
The amendment details a 3% price increase for all labor line items, effective May 23, 2023, which is noted as the only price increase for the duration of the contract. The amendment corrects a previous amendment's effective date and maintains all other terms, conditions, and provisions of the original contract unchanged. This amendment follows the Uniform Terms and Conditions, Section 5, regarding Contract Changes, and appears to be a routine adjustment to labor pricing for an ongoing transportation planning services contract.
