About this file

This document is a contract amendment for the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) with Weston Solutions, Inc. for a statewide contract related to the assessment and remediation of hazardous or regulated substances or materials. The amendment is numbered 18 and pertains to Contract No. CTR055987, executed on March 21, 2024, in Phoenix, Arizona. The amendment involves adding five new personnel to the existing contract: Anthony Rodriguez (Professional Level IV), Tamara De León-Baeza (Professional Level IV), Laurence Campagna (Professional Level III), Jacinda Williams (Support Level III), and Robin Benjamin (Support Level III).

The contract appears to be an indefinite delivery vehicle for environmental assessment and remediation services, with the new personnel bringing expertise in areas such as geoscience, project management, contract administration, and technical support. Each added team member has significant experience working with various government agencies including ADEQ, EPA, USACE, and others. Their roles range from fieldwork and data collection to project management, contract specialist duties, and administrative support. The amendment maintains all other existing terms and conditions of the original contract, suggesting this is a standard personnel expansion for an ongoing environmental services engagement.
