About this file
This is Amendment No. 15 to Contract No. 09-DC-8148, issued by the Florida Department of Corrections on May 23, 2012. The amendment documents a contract modification involving the state of Florida and multiple fuel vendors. The original contract with SMF Energy Corporation was terminated effective May 20, 2012, pursuant to Section 7.2.1 ("Termination at Will") provisions, and the contract was subsequently re-awarded to several vendors, with this specific amendment addressing Port Consolidated as one of the re-awarded vendors.
The contract covers the supply of tank wagon gasoline and diesel fuel to the Florida Department of Corrections. The amendment indicates that the Cost Information Sheet has been updated within the contract documentation to reflect pricing terms associated with the new vendor arrangement. Jessie C. Moseley serves as the primary contract administrator for inquiries regarding delivery, service issues, or other contract-related matters and can be reached at (850) 717-3683 or moseley.jessie@mail.dc.state.fl.us.
