About this file
This document is Amendment No. 7 to AHCA Contract No. MED216, an agreement between the State of Florida's Agency for Health Care Administration (the Agency) and Florida Medical Schools Quality Network, Inc. (the Vendor). The amendment modifies an existing contract related to various healthcare research and reporting initiatives, specifically focusing on studies involving sickle cell disease, donor human milk, and maternal and infant mortality.
The amendment extends the contract term through December 31, 2027, and increases the total contract amount by $250,000 to $1,347,965.00. The Vendor will be responsible for multiple deliverables, including draft and final reports on sickle cell disease for calendar years 2022-2025, data maintenance and compliance reports, and studies on donor human milk and maternal/infant mortality. The contract includes specific performance standards for each deliverable, with financial consequences (typically a 10% payment reduction) for failure to meet requirements. Deliverables are spread across multiple dates from 2024 to 2027, with various reporting and data verification tasks that include gathering demographic, enrollment, claims, and healthcare utilization data.
