About this file
This document is Amendment No. 5 to Contract No. MED205 between the State of Florida's Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) and Accenture LLP. The amendment modifies an existing contract related to an Integration Platform (IS/IP) solution for the Florida Medicaid Management Information System (FMMIS), with the goal of implementing long-term planning through fixed-price deliverables.
The amendment establishes a total contract value of $111,339,490.87, with funding allocated across multiple state fiscal years (FY 19-20 through FY 25-26). Key modifications include updates to security requirements, removal of task order provisions, and detailed budget adjustments across three primary cost categories: Operations & Maintenance (O&M), Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), and Integration Services. The contract covers services such as project management, system design, implementation, testing, training, and ongoing maintenance of the Integration Platform. Costs are structured with fixed-price deliverables, with 90% payment upon deliverable completion and 10% held until warranty term completion. The amendment also introduces provisions for future module integrations and system enhancements to be authorized through subsequent contract amendments.
