About this file

This document is Amendment No. 3 to AHCA Contract No. MED205, an agreement between the State of Florida, Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA), and Accenture, LLP. The amendment modifies an existing contract for integrated services and the development of an integration platform, primarily addressing security requirements, reporting protocols, and deliverable specifications.

The amendment updates multiple sections of the contract's Scope of Services, focusing on security reporting, penetration testing, and incident notification requirements. It establishes detailed provisions for security assessments, with Accenture required to provide monthly written summaries of privacy and security incidents, and immediate notification within one hour of discovering any security breach. The document also includes a revised detailed budget (Exhibit 5-B) that outlines fixed price deliverables and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) costs across fiscal years 19-20 through 24-25, with total fixed price deliverables of $8,496,814.41 in the first year, escalating to a grand total that peaks at $10,586,621.05 in fiscal year 20-21. The budget includes various workstream deliverables, task order costs, and anticipated user volume scaling from 50 to 500 users over the contract period.
