About this file

This document is Amendment No. 6 to AHCA Contract No. EXD096, an agreement between the State of Florida's Agency for Health Care Administration (the "Agency") and Gray Robinson, P.A. (the "Vendor"), a legal services provider. The amendment modifies an existing contract for private attorney services with the Office of the Attorney General.

The amendment extends the contract term to end on June 30, 2025, and increases the total contract amount from $2,150,000.00 to $2,400,000.00, representing a $250,000.00 increase for legal services and costs. Specifically, the fee schedule now allows for billing up to $2,200,000.00, with the vendor required to notify the agency when billable services reach $2,075,000.00. Reimbursable costs are capped at $200,000.00, with a notification threshold of $185,000.00. The contract includes provisions for monitoring and reporting on approaching fee and cost limits, with potential non-payment consequences for failure to comply with notification requirements.
