About this file

This document is a contract amendment (Amendment No. 1) between the State of Florida's Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) and Gray Robinson, P.A., a legal services vendor. The amendment modifies an existing contract (AHCA Contract No. EXD096) and involves both parties agreeing to a contract renewal.

The amendment extends the contract term, specifically changing the contract period to run from July 1, 2021, to June 30, 2023, which represents a twelve-month renewal option. The renewal is executed in accordance with Section 287.058 of Florida Statutes, which allows for contract extensions not exceeding three years or the original contract term. All other provisions of the original contract remain unchanged, and the amendment maintains the same terms and conditions, with the only substantive modification being the updated contract duration.
