About this file

This document is Amendment No. 2 to AHCA Contract No. EXD074, an agreement between the State of Florida's Agency for Health Care Administration (the "Agency") and Rutledge Ecenia, P.A. (the "Vendor"), specifically related to Office of the Attorney General Private Attorney Services. The amendment was executed in April 2018, with signatures from the Vendor's President, the Agency's Secretary, and the Agency's General Counsel.

The amendment modifies two key financial provisions: first, it sets a maximum fee limit of $1,050,000.00 for billable services, requiring the Vendor to notify the Agency in writing when fees reach $850,000.00; second, it establishes a reimbursable cost ceiling of $100,000.00, with a notification requirement when costs approach $75,000.00. These modifications are part of Attachment I to the original contract, and the amendment stipulates that all other non-conflicting provisions of the original contract remain in effect. The document is structured to ensure financial transparency and control over the services being provided by the Vendor.
