About this file
This document is an Amendment to a Standard Professional Services Agreement between the State of Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) and Stanley Consultants, Inc., with RHA, LLC being added as a subconsultant. The original agreement (CAP39) was executed on 8/18/2023 and is for Statewide Value Engineering services, with this first amendment dated 9/15/2023.
The amendment adds RHA, LLC as a subconsultant with specific loaded labor rates: $80.07 per hour for Secretary/Clerical Home and $225.59 per hour for Senior Planner Home. The subconsultant is subject to a contract fee limit of up to but less than $500,000 for the term of the agreement, with the potential to remove this limitation by submitting an FDOT-approved overhead audit performed by an independent CPA. No multipliers will be applied to the rates, and payments will be based on approved time incurred during the billing period. The amendment also allows RHA, LLC to receive compensation for itemized miscellaneous direct expenses when authorized and properly supported.
