About this file

This document is an Amendment (Amendment #3) to a Standard Professional Services Agreement between the State of Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) and Greenman-Pedersen, Inc., for a project located in Broward County. The original agreement was executed on 2/26/2021 with the project focusing on resurfacing State Road 5/US-1 from Northeast 17th Way to Northeast 33rd Court. The amendment involves multiple subcontractors including Miller Legg & Associates, Pevida Highway Designers, Ritzel-Mason, Inc., GPI Geospatial, and Tierra South Florida.

The amendment increases the contract's total maximum limiting amount by $126,092.84, bringing the overall contract value from $920,066.34 to $1,046,159.18. The scope of services is being expanded to include replacement of traffic signal mast arms at specific intersections, including SR-5/US-1 and SR-838/Sunrise Boulevard, and intersections at NE 13th Street and NE 16th Street. The contract is structured with three primary service categories: Basic Services (lump sum), SUE/Surveying & Mapping Services, and Geotechnical Services, each with defined rates and specific subcontractors. The amendment maintains the original agreement's terms and conditions while adding additional design and technical tasks related to the mast arm replacements.
