This document is a Letter of Authorization (LOA) #003 issued by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) to Arcadis / IBI Group for the Next Generation Statewide Express Lanes Software (NG SELS) project. The LOA is part of Contract #BEE11 and is addressed to Neena Soans at Arcadis, located in Boca Raton, Florida. The document outlines specific technical requirements for enhancing the initial build of the SELS system, focusing on various functional blocks including basic tolls, configuration, intermediate tolls, advanced tolls, and advanced operations.
The LOA authorizes a total amount of $364,168.00 for tasks including QA SunGuide 9.0 installation, configuration and integration with NG SELS, functional block testing support, and transition support for multiple Florida Department of Transportation districts (Districts 2, 4, 5, 6, and 7). The contract covers detailed software development requirements across multiple functional areas, with specific emphasis on user interface improvements, toll adjustment mechanisms, notification handling, and system configuration capabilities. The work is to be performed until finished or terminated by the Traffic Engineering and Operations Office, with invoices to be sent to JoAnna Hand at the provided email address.
