The change order references an original Railroad Agreement dated 2/13/1980 and involves construction, construction engineering and inspection (CEI), and flagging services for a resurfacing project at Crossing #624572B, with a railroad milepost of 828.91.

The change order authorizes an additional $7,208.00 in work, bringing the total authorized amount to $59,462.00. The project is federally funded through the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), specifically under the Advanced Construction - Protected Grant (Federal 45%, Congestion Mitigation - Federal -45%). The work is to be reimbursed using the Force Account Method, with the Florida Department of Transportation bearing 100% of the costs. The project involves preliminary engineering, construction engineering and inspection, and flagging services for sidewalk installation at the crossing and roadway resurfacing adjacent to the CSX Transportation right-of-way.
