Subcontractor rates are similarly updated, with loaded hourly billing rates ranging from $8.30 to $102.90 per hour depending on classification and company. The contract provides for Cost Reimbursement payment methodology with multipliers for fringe benefits, overhead, and fees applied to labor costs. The contract term extends through June 23, 2006, and was procured through SOQ (Statement of Qualifications) with reference number 9816C.
