About this file

Amendment No. 9 to Contract No. HW554 is an amendment to an indefinite delivery contract between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (Department) and APTIM Environmental & Infrastructure, LLC., a contractor located at 1228 Winter Garden Vineland Road, Winter Garden, Florida 34787. The original contract was executed on February 16, 2011, to provide Bureau of Waste Cleanup program services.

This amendment extends the contract for a six-month period beginning February 16, 2021, and ending August 15, 2021, with the parties continuing to perform under the same terms and conditions as the original contract. The amendment updates contract language regarding public records requirements, MyFloridaMarketPlace transaction fees, and adds a disqualification provision certifying that the contractor and its subcontractors are not on the Scrutinized Companies that Boycott Israel List. The Department may immediately terminate the contract if the contractor submits a false certification or is found to be engaged in a boycott of Israel. No pricing or budget information is provided in this amendment document.
