About this file
This is Amendment No. 15 to Agency Term Contract No. GC801, a petroleum contamination site response action services contract between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (Department) and ECOTECH Environmental Services, Inc. (Contractor). The contract was originally effective February 24, 2014, and is administered by the State of Florida. The amendment was signed on February 1, 2024, by Jessica Kramer, Deputy Secretary of the Department.
The amendment extends the contract term for an additional six-month period beginning February 14, 2024, and ending August 14, 2024, during which both parties shall continue to perform their respective duties under the same terms and conditions. After August 14, 2024, no new Purchase Orders or Task Assignments may be issued; however, the contract shall remain in effect for up to twelve months following the extended term to allow completion of any outstanding Purchase Orders or Task Assignments issued during the renewal or extended term. All other terms and conditions of the original contract remain in effect, with any inconsistencies between the contract and this amendment resolved in favor of the amendment's provisions.
